Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options and Rates: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
5. Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver orders promptly, shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

To return your item, you must:

• Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

If items are returned outside of the 30-day window, store credit will be issued. If items are returned outside of the 30-day window and have been marked down since purchase, store credit will be issued at the current price at the time of receiving the item.

Additional Return Details:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Please note: The cost of shipping and a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Large baskets (Moses baskets, Changing baskets, Hampers, Vase baskets)

Cancellations:
We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Step 1: When you receive your basket in the mail, it may arrive slightly misshaped. If this happens, simply submerge or wet your basket (excluding the handle/handles) in cold water.

Step 2: Remove the basket from the water and give it a good shake to remove excess water. Don’t worry—our baskets are incredibly durable and built to withstand this process.

Step 3: Reshape the basket with your hands. If you notice any areas that are still dry and difficult to shape, rewet those areas and continue reshaping until you achieve the desired form.

Step 4: Once the basket is perfectly shaped, place it in an open area to dry, keeping it empty during this time. You can leave it out in the sun or a well-ventilated space. Allow it to fully dry before using it to store items or before putting it away.

Step 5: Once dry, place your basket in your desired area and enjoy! Don’t forget to snap a photo and share it with us—we’d love to see how you style your basket!
